I'd say Apollo's Chariot without a doubt! It has a simpler layout than many of the newer ones but the airtime is fantastic. Plus the beautiful scenery really adds to the coaster.
I can't believe that people love Ghostrider at Knott's Berry Farm so much. It's so rough and painful. I'll ride it once each time I visit, but no more than that or I'll get a headache! An Iron Horse treatment would be so awesome for this coaster.

Definitely airtime! Inversions are great, but I just absolutely love the feeling of airtime. That's why my top three coasters are all B&M Hypers (Apollo's Chariot, Nitro, and Diamondback).
