We do not know. And someone from the park said that the work was delayed a bit because of the coronavirus. So if it's for this year, it won't be until September.
As long as there is no official announcement from the park, there is absolutely no point in talking about the opening date ... Some...
There is almost no chance that it will open in July. Perhaps it would be open in September if the works are progressing well ... But hey, these are only assumptions. And until the park has made an official announcement, it will be completely unnecessary to discuss the opening date of Fly/Charles...
Europa Park still managed to rebuild an entire area in less time, in addition to a water park and a hotel. They are very very very very very very slow in Phantasialand!

I do not think there is going to be a new entrance right next to the Berlin entrance. This will be either the entrance to the hotel or only a decorative element (like the Wuze Town side wall)
