It's funny you say that, someone on youtube has this as a Nolimits simulator. Well, the cars are designed as a lightcycle bike. And they made a lim launch.

Well, even though Wild Waves has only two coasters worth mentioning. I'd have to go with;
Wild Thing. As compared to my experience with Timberhawk, Wild Thing is more smooth
So, I vote steel.
I'd design a similar coaster ride to Millennium Force. But add my own twist
